I went in to get a trim and some layers.. my stylist I can’t remember her name, but she literally just kept cutting. She then took THINNING SHEARS and thinned my hair . I was missing a HUGE chunk in the front and I’m seriously crying my eyeballs out because I have a family party this weekend and it looks awful. Do not go to the small blond for women’s haircuts. There was another blond who did a wonderful job on my husband’s hair, she has a cool band tattoo on her arm can’t remember her name either.

Went in with my mom to get a cut and a style. Never again will we go there. Walked in with a picture of what she wanted. Her hair looks nothing like the picture. The stylist was told it was a cut and style.Said stylist stopped halfway through the job with just a cut when she was doing The Styling instead of saying hey I don’t really think I can do this too well she tried to do it I’ll give her props for that but the hair came out horrid it’s highly uneven she used a razor and a feather at the same time on my mom’s head I actually scratched my name off of the list of to get a haircut from there. If anybody even thinks of going there just save your time and money.. Just don’t. Called to see if she could get it fixed and got a run around from them. Called corporate and was told we don’t own that store. Called another location owned by the same people who own orems store and was told that go back to the one who botched the job. Than said that their stylist was not coming in until 5. The only person who was there did eye brows, only. And their stylist was completely booked.
