Love love love this place. I’ve been coming here for years for Brazilian wax and it is by far the best wax salon I have ever been to. It is very sanitary which is the most important to me. The facility is very cute and the staff are all amazing. Kim and Kerri are my go-to, but I have been to many others and received great service from everyone. Just don’t be late! They don’t play when it comes to lateness, which is actually a good thing so you know you will always be seen on time.

So I moved away from Maryland a few months ago and realized I never reviewed this amazing place! I saw Jenna for all my eyebrow waxing and she was AMAZING! So sweet and so friendly I miss her so much! We would always have the best conversations when I came in, she always gave the best advice and just acted like a normal friend! I had my first experience on Brazilian waxing. Liz was super nice and made me very comfortable. I asked for the numbing cream, and I think it worked pretty well. It was still a little painful. Yesterday was my first time visiting Doll Wax Salon. Jenna is awesome!! She‘s friendly and she made me feel comfortable. Amazing service! I have done half legs, Brazilian, and underarms with Ashley, and brow and tint with Kerri. Would definitely go back, and I have already referred friends to this location. I have been going to Doll in Odenton for over a year. The staff is awesome and I have never had an issue with any of their services. Only negative experience I had was with the scheduling system when there was a hiccup and my appointment was not set up on their side. Even when that happened they were able to get me in with my preferred waxer within a week. That schedule thing only happened one time and it hasn’t changed my opinion of the place in the slightest. I only bring it up because if you are having a service done before a big event I suggest making a call to make sure it is showing up on their internal calendars too.

Liz was awesome! Least painful wax I’ve ever had. She was very attentive, listened to my needs, and even handed me a mirror to check it out in case I wanted her to touch up any spots. Already scheduled my next appointment. Highly recommend!!

First timer – I was so excited yet hesitant to go but I set up the appointment with Liz and surprisingly didn’t talk myself out of it. It was my first ever wax of any sort and I went with the Brazilian, Liz was so kind and patient. She talked through everything and the stings lasted seconds, nothing compared to what I thought it’d be. Highly recommend!! Even the receptionist, who I wish I had gotten her name, was so nice and helpful. Looking forward to my follow up appointment!
