Unfortunately I called this morning couple of times to leave a message for you , spoke to a girl named Tonia to leave a message for you in matters of discussing some private needs. Then I received a nasty phone call from your manager having no manners talking to me the way she did. Unhappy with the way she communicated with me. So, I’ll like to come in to see you so that we can talk in person but I never want to speak to her because she is the worst manner communicated you have working for you. I have been to several medical spas in the area over the last few years and my experience at Dolce Vida was awesome. The front desk associate was very attentive and welcoming, after filling out consent paperwork I only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Ashley, my injector took the time to give me a run down of all the other services they offer and their approximate price range. She used a new technique that uses vibrations while she was doing my botox that made each injection virtually painless! I’ve never had botox or fillers done that didn’t hurt like crazy. I will 100% be back and recommend Dolce Vida to my friends.

LOVE DOLCE! Their staff and injectors are top notch. Can’t recommend Steph enough! She will never overfill and will give really good advice on what’s needed/what I shouldn’t do. And she is hysterical! You ever go to a new hair stylist or something and can’t manage to hold a convo? Not with her – I’ve convinced multiple friends to go see her because she’s great at what she does & she’s so easy to talk to/relatable making it a fun experience. And she kills it with the dental numbing blocks making lip fillers essentially painless. *other med spas should take note: topical numbing doesn’t do anything for lip injections! Dolce makes it a comfortable visit – along with their cute branded ice packs post injection.
