I’d been there 3 times. Every time I have been there I have wait a long time for them to take care of me…long, long time. The last time I took my daughter there they over charge me, for a simple shampoo, hair cut and blower. There is a lady that charge $130.00 for color, shampoo, cut and blower, on a very short hair. Everyone put their own prices..I think it’s ridiculous…I have been to better places and they don’t charge those ridiculous prices. Is like they are trying to get rich on us. I promise myself not to ever go there again.

Maria Mills is one of the most unprofessional and unethical business owners I have ever met. I bought a gift card for a facial, and she wrote the WRONG address on the card. Due to having the wrong address on the card I couldn’t make my appointment in time and she refused to reschedule me or refund me the money. She kept saying that she was going to keep the money because she lost a time slot where she could have scheduled someone else, but SHE Wrote the Wrong address, and instead of apologizing she was extremely rude, and in a very direct way telling me she was keeping my money for a service she never performed. I talked to the manager and she was rude too telling that she couldn’t do anything, so I left to avoid further escalating the situation. AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COSTS if you don’t want your money stolen!

Purchased a gift cert for my wife for a facial with Maria. Very rude when initially setting up appointment and the day of called for directions and claimed she had no appointment for my wife. My daughter contacted and Maria flat out lied, said I gave her a different name and then switched to she had no appointment for that time. Flat out was told, “get a refund, I don’t want your business”.
