I have been seeing Amy my Nail technician for about 7 years now. She recently moved to this salon and naturally I followed her!! I am very picky with my nails and Amy NEVER disappoints!!! If you are picky and looking for someone who appreciates her clients needs and attention to detail call Dolce and book with Amy!! You will not be disappointed!!

Critical: ValueI was not told anything about an extra fee during recent service until I was rung up. They then informed me at check out that they charge for having longer natural nails (they are getting healthier). So essentially- you need to keep them short to avoid this extra fee with the dip powder. I was told the visit before that my nails were looking shorter than years back before covid ‍♀️.I used to love this place. I did not feel appreciated as a long time customer at my last visit. I hope to give this place another chance in the future, because Titi is a gem. I was not told anything about an extra fee during recent service until I was rung up. They then informed me at check out that they charge for having longer natural nails (they are getting healthier). So essentially- you need to keep them short to avoid this extra fee with the dip powder. I was told the visit before that my nails were looking shorter than years back before covid ‍♀️.

Critical: Quality, ValueI did not have a problem with one person in particular but I was very unhappy with the poor quality of my experience. I was greeted and asked to come back by 11:30am as they were a bit busy. When I got back, I was rushed to the back and seated to get a pedicure. I had two women removing my polish from my feet and my left hand only. My right hand was not acknowledged until about 15/20 mins later. My toe nail polish was removed and repainted. There was no blue liner put into the foot bath and I was not given any spa type treatment. No foot soak, no pumice, no filing, no trimming, and cuticles and under my nails were not tended to either. Very disappointing as it is not cheap to get these services. I got my nails painted with gel paint and they chipped almost immediately. My girl is Jamie however EVERYONE in the salon does exceptional work. Such a sweet, fun, and caring staff. The salon is clean and super cute on the inside.
