In my opinion, this used to be a great and consistent place. I had a terrible gel manicure, where a nail with a small tear was “repaired”. I understand the process because I have had this done multiple times. The “repair” lasted barely two days and I lost the nail. Decided to give them a second chance, and went back for another gel manicure and told (and showed) the manager my existing, poorly done, manicure.

I was greeted very warmly by Jounir at the front desk, and Ann was gentle with my pedicure and meticulous with my gel manicure. I have never gotten uglier nails this place is expensive and clean and all but there not totally good. I also got my toes done and there not painted all the way. He also added a tip for himself, then asked for a tip and I didn’t find out that I was charged for a till I got receipt.

I give 5 stars because I was treated with such respect. There was an issue with my acrylics that I got. They were in need of repair the same day I got them! They were Super busy when I came in so the owner came in to help out and squeeze me in between appointments. They even offered a free wholeset replacement if i came back next day For the kindness in handling the situation alone they will definitely have my return business! Super nice place and wonderful staff!!
