Love this salon! They are always so polite and patient with their customers. I highly recommend making an appointment if you plan on doing anything more than a simple mani/pedi. I’ve always been happy with my nail design, shape, and maintenance – even when I have more detailed requests. Happy customer for sure.

When I first started coming here I was very satisfied. My nail tech was Coco and she did a great job. One day I come in to find Coco no longer worked there and the next 3 times I went there, I had different nail techs each time. All 3 times I was not happy. My powder gel nails would either be see through in places, uneven, and the last time I went the gel was all over my fingers. I had to scrub the product off for a good 20 mins on the skin around my nails. Not sure what happened to this place in such a short amount of time.

My new favorite nail salon! My daughter and I went for a gel mani and regular pedi (me) and UV gel (daughter). They were able to fit us in…and they spoiled us rotten!!! Like legit spoiling! Massages and beverages and hot towels and steam! The salon is beautiful and clean, the people are so sweet, and the woman doing massages is amazing! Can’t wait for my next appointment, it’s just that awesome.

I don’t even know if it deserves a 1. I was so excited to try this place for my nails for my vacation. The girl who was doing it got mad at me everytime I asked a question or pointed something out and did a completely different shape than what I asked for. I thought natural shaped nails were know across the board but I guess not and she got mad at me for it and blamed me and the owner even showed her how to do it and they still came out all wrong. The color also didn’t even look like the one I picked so now I have to go somewhere and pay again for hopefully nails I like for my trip. I was also trying to be kind and quiet about it but they make such a dramatic thing of it for anyone with anxiety was really upsetting. They kept making scenes that were uncomfortable, even about other people with ALL the workers screaming across the place. A terrible experience, wish I never went.

This place is fantastic. The new owner (previously 4 U Nails) is committed to ultimate customer service. He is very attentive, making each customer feel welcome. I have witness his patience the most difficult and obnoxios customers. He keeps his composure and makes sure they are satisfied (and one even had the audacity to walk out without paying!!!!)

They’re very friendly and welcoming to their guests, prices are fantastic and the salon is very clean which is another huge plus. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance, they wrote my number and name right in front of me in the book. I was early to my appointment (30 min). Waited, and was told that I “cancelled my appointment”. I looked at the book, my name and number was erased and someone else’s name was written over it. I was never informed, they just cancelled my appointment without telling me. Very unprofessional, I always give them business. Unfortunately, I will never be going back. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance, they wrote my number and name right in front of me in the book. I was early to my appointment (30 min). Waited, and was told that I “cancelled my appointment”. I looked at the book, my name and number was erased and someone else’s name was written over it. I recently went to get a SNS manicure. Ava did a beautiful job. She didn’t use the electric file like most places do, and my nails came out natural looking and perfect. She also gently trimmed my cuticles, which most salons don’t take the time to do. The staff were all friendly and they even offer free beverages to the customers. Great, clean place with reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
