I was in search of a place to take care of broken blood vessels on my face. Received a consult first. All went well was told no problem we can take care of these in two to three visits with IPL. I set up an appointment, first visit goes well. Paid $500. Blood vessel diminished. Second visit, even better. Blood vessels are gone and another $500. However, I was told at my second appointment that the person who does IPL is retiring and she was only working one more day and than retiring. Of course the day she was working, I was unavailable due to work. Nobody was trained at that time to take her place, nor is any one trained as of today. Three months later all of the blood vessels came back. I did wait 5 months to call due to a busy home/life schedule. When I called to explain what had happened and I was unhappy I spent $1000 (plus tips) and I have the same issue I came in with. I was told it was under new ownership but she (Carla) would look into it and see what she could do. I get a phone call stating I waited too long to call, this is something I need to have done routinely (which was NEVER explained to me), and pretty much they would do nothing for me. This is NOT how you run a business and this is poor customer service and while they took my money before, they will NEVER get it again. This would be the last place I recommend!!!! I went to a dermatologist for this same issue, spent $300 and they are gone in one visit.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe service here was impeccable from the beginning to the end. Very accommodating during these pandemic times. I felt safe yet was able to relax. I received an excellent massage, facial and I also did the salt room. From the front desk calling the morning of my services to tell me to drive safe because the weather conditions were challenging. Received a dermaplane here and it was not good unfortunately. They had an April special which they should’ve all been aware about and that’s where I booked from the link they sent with the special and the esthetician did not do the sheet mask that came with the dermaplane and right after she dermaplane she went in with product immediately without wiping the hair off my face and I looked in mirror and there was so much hair sticking to my face .. I also told her I really dry and I left even more dry because she put she tiniest dot of moisturizer for my whole face which was upsetting. The girl at the front desk did not make the situation any better she caught an attitude when I told her I was upset I didn’t get the mask with service. Would not come back .
