I had a gift card package for charity event that was about to expire so I finally booked all my appointments here at the salon. I enjoyed a 60 minute massage with your massage therapist and she was amazing! You know it’s good when you fall asleep at some point. Then I got a quick cut shampoo and style. It was done very very well and quickly. The entire place had a really great vibe and you could tell the stylist enjoyed working there. They also have a salt room and other options. I appreciated how everything was in one place and that I could book it in less than a weeks notice. It also doesn’t hurt that there are restaurants and bars in the same shopping area so you can go enjoy a cocktail or two afterwards.

Marina did such a great job at making me feel comfortable and heard throughout the entire process. She was very calm and knowledgeable, giving me tons of advice and pointers on maintaining my hair to take away with me. I had no issues communicating with her and it was an overall extremely relaxed atmosphere. I usually keep my hair long and have reservations whenever I get it cut, but her confidence made me feel at ease and secure in the decisions she made- which I fully embraced. She gave me an awesome haircut that I love, and I’ll definitely be seeing her again.

Gina from Kingsley is seriously the best. She started cutting my hair 3 years ago and no one cuts my hair as well as she does. I’ve gone from long hair, to short (basically shaved), to a bob and she always freaking kills it. She is always willing to give me the best version of what I ask for, even if it’s a drastic change. I always feel so confident walking out with my blowout, and when I wash it my curls are always looking amazing. I couldn’t recommend her more!!!

I have been a Dolce Lusso client since they opened in Baxter. I have followed stylists to other locations but always come back. Today I called to make a last minute appointment and fortunately Gina at the Kingsley location had a cancellation. She taught me more about my curly hair this appointment than I have learned in the past year’s combined. She did a great job and I highly recommend!!

I had my first experience today at Dolce Lusso Kingsley. My stylist was Marina and she was awesome! I was anxious after getting an undercut a few months ago that had grown out. I showed Marina a pic of what I wanted and she took her time to perfect it!! I am nothing but pleased with the service and the atmosphere was sooo relaxing. Why should you go here? I live in Charlotte. I pass more than a dozen places to get my hair cut in the 20 minutes it takes me to get to Dolce Lusso. I go here because I’ve developed a relationship of trust in my stylist, Marina, that I can’t get at the other places. When I walk in, I’m offered a drink. When I sit in the chair, I know that my needs in how I look are going to be met. We have great conversations that feels like friendship, not a person performing a service. When I leave I feel better about myself… and I know you will too.

Very disappointed. I have been going to dolce lusso since they first opened many years ago in Baxter. I have always had excellent service and very satisfied. I decided to try the Kingsley location and a “new” stylist. She barely snipped my hair…not what I requested. When she was done you couldn’t even tell my hair had been cut. When I asked her to cut more she said “no, you only get 45 minutes.” Waste of money. Very disappointed!
