Completely chopped my hair. Asked for a fade on the sides and they buzzed it just one size. She did NOT take her time. The top has pieces of all sizes – not intentional. I’ve been having to cut pieces to make it look okay. I’ll never go back. The picture is what the back of my mohawk looked like walking out of the salon.

Critical: ProfessionalismI usually go to Kingsley and was so happy with the staff (Amber and Jeena) and their professionalism but I found totally opposite at Baxter place. Emily did the haircut for me and my daughter and I felt she was rude. It felt like she just want to finish it without even caring if we like it or not. And when I asked to take off some extra length , her reply was she cannot she has some other customers waiting. I mean if you don’t care about your customers and service then what’s the point . Paid $130 for the service. I usually go to Kingsley and was so happy with the staff (Amber and Jeena) and their professionalism but I found totally opposite at Baxter place. Emily did the haircut for me and my daughter and I felt she was rude. It felt like she just want to finish it without even caring if we like it or not. And when I asked to take off some extra length , her reply was she cannot she has some other customers waiting. I mean if you don’t care about your customers and service then what’s the point . Great haircut from Lyndsey. I’m probably mis-spelling her name but she has been doing doing hair for 8 years. Shes relatively new to the area. I’ve worked in Salons for years and know the difference between a good and not so good cut. You cant go wrong with Lyndsey. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I will definately go back. Front desk and phone interaction was pleasant as well. Over all very pleasant experience!

Slowest hair trim on the easiest parts. 5 min remaining, biggest portion of cut left and lady just chops a random large section of my hair off and calls it a day. Didn’t interact with me during the cut despite my efforts to converse. However, it was very important for her to discuss her relationship with her sister and a her girlfriend that she was upset about, because clearly I was there to be there for her. Joke. My hair will take about a year to get back to its former state. Management offered to fix at certain time, then 10 min before that time called me to tell me I would have to come in later. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBest massage I have EVER had!! I saw Danielle, I HIGHLY recommend her if you go! Very professional, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I loved every moment of my experience at Dolce Lusso! The hostess, the stylist, the massage chair! They were so kind and it was just comfortable to be there. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I know it’s a salon, but all along the walls it was full of cob webs trapped with cut hair. It just seemed a little in need of a deep clean. Over all, I look forward to my next appointment because I think they’re great stylists!
