I went here about 1 month ago to go from brown to blonde. Alexis overbooked herself for the day and ended up having several people she was working on at the same time. She left the bleach in my hair for about 2 hours before rinsing each section. I was there for about 6.5 hours for full highlights and a trim. When I left, I thought it looked great. However after washing it once, my hair was frizzy, fried, and falling out. No apology was offered for messing up my hair, although she did offer to do a conditioning treatment. However, a conditioning treatment will not undo the damage done. When I contacted her about 10 days later, she took no accountability and tried to blame me for the damage. If you are trying to go to blonde, I do not recommend going here

Master Colorist Amanda is incredible. She is a true artist in the field. She takes her time and makes sure that your color comes out absolutely precise with 100% satisfaction. My extensions are also amazing. she does a very natural and beautiful job at installation, cut and styling. I have been getting extensions for 14 years straight and Amanda is the best I’ve ever had. I wish Dolce Cabello continued success. Go see Amanda and her Team of professionals! You won’t be disappointed!

Dyed my hair for the first time here with Britany. Such a fun and pleasant experience! She had to bleach my virgin hair for the first time and I was nervous about damaging it but she did great and the hair feels fine. We went silver which was also very hard to get but she got it done in 2 sessions! Super pleased and definitely recommend!
