A family member got acrylic nails done here, she wanted a matte nail with a glossy (French) tip relatively thin. However, not only were the tips thick and were the length of almost half the nail, it was bumpy. The lady who did her nails, Anne, left the nails bumpy before painting—she didn’t file the top down to make it smooth and even. Now she’s left with a matte, half glossy bumpy mess that she can’t fix. She was so upset after how much she spent on this—$75!!!—for them to turn out so bad! She (Anne) said she’d fix them, but she made them go down further more and made them even bumpier just by adding more polish! It wasn’t even the same shape she asked for! She even showed a reference photo of a pointy stiletto and the lady still got the shape and design wrong (she got round almonds)! Additionally, she could tell from the beginning that Anne didn’t like her despite her not begin rude or mean—which may have reflected in her work on her nails. She even showed someone else and they said that from afar they look fine, but once you get a little closer they look bad, and suggested to go to the manager and get a refund for how bad it was. Would NOT recommend this nail tech. She did a bad job, for a high price, and gave off the vibe that she was angry that she was there to get her nails done?! Bad experience overall with this nail tech. The other nail techs working on her friends did a great job! If you go here do not get Anne!!!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! CLEAN! Ask for MIKE! He did the most intentional, high quality dip manicure I have had in Fort Collins. HIGHLY recommend over Nail Bar. Positive: QualityI had the most amazing experience today at this salon!! I’m ashamed to say I didn’t catch the name of the gal that performed all my treatments today but she was absolutely amazing!!! I’m here visiting from Portland and had some time to kill this am and thought I would get my toes done. Well that I did and they look so awesome!! And the massage was even better!! Then got a brow wax and decided to let her tint them as well!! They all look amazing!! And the price!!!!! Wow!! I would’ve expected to pay close to $200 for all of that where I’m from, but this was no where near that and for that I was over the top impressed!! Thank you so much and anytime I’m here on business I will go see this young lady!!
