Best grooming in town! The man who helped us last time with our boy Rockie loved him! Rockie came back to us smiling and so excited, and he made a new friend! He clipped his nails with ease and made sure to clean his ears and brush his little teefers. After we picked him up we definitely decided this is where we’re coming regularly! For a dog mom who would literally do anything for her boy, this is a place I can trust to give my boy some good loves and a perfect hair cut 🙂

Positive: QualityWas very happy with their service , their business name on the building needs work to match with their quality (letters fallen off) but don’t let it throw you off, doggies where very relaxed , old English bulldog gets so anxious and our giant schnauzer can be incorporative , but we switched groomers today (last one was good) but this one topped it off, never had such behaved , calm dogs , and they did a great job, they did so well here. I guess they just needed a different environment with confident , well trained workers. First time there yesterday because of last minute decision to groom them for party and other places didn’t have the capacity. I have two big yellow labs, and they’ve never felt cleaner / softer before. They did a awesome job on their nails too, which the other groomer I go to doesn’t seem to cut them. I definitely will be going back there for the next time!

Groomer left me hanging- didn’t show up at all. I called while standing outside thinking maybe it would forward to someone since the doors were locked- nothing. I finally left. I got a call 35 mins. after I got home from someone else apologizing which I appreciated but it doesn’t change the fact that the groomer we were scheduled with felt it unnecessary to bother with calling her own booked clients and instead just didn’t show. I get it, people get sick but that doesn’t mean you don’t at least make an effort to cover your clients. It is a shame since we have been going here for awhile now and my 3 pups had great experiences prior. Unfortunately this isn’t the first issue we have had. Late last year, I couldn’t seem to get anyone on the phone to make an appt. Every time I called it just rang. I finally got the answering machine and left my contact info and asked for someone to call me back-Never did! I have been going somewhere else but thought I would give these guys another try. Just not meant to be I guess.

This is the best dog salon in town!!! They listen to exactly how you want your pet to be cut. They are caring, gentle and ensure they best every single time. I’ve taken my dog to almost every groomer in town, and they arent even half as good as the Doggy Salon.

Dog injured. Have more details but limited on words. I took my dog Lola and 3 other dogs to be groomed. I received a call from groomer I believe is Sam who suggested I take Lola to the vet. After confirming with the owner Ranya Othman and police she agreed ahe would pay medical vet bills and I was to bring her a receipt and description of charges. I have this information to owner with a demand and have not heard back from her other than Sam relaying my messages which was asked when is payment to be receipts and her response received via Sam that states “she is looking into”. Vet confirmed this injury was due to a cut that can only be from the cut at the grooming salon. I don’t understand why I’m still not being paid. So here is my warning and I would take any advice on what I should try other than if no reply by them will be in small claims court.

Was my first time brought both my dogs. Ranya and her sister very friendly work with your schedule. Make you and your pet feel safe and comfortable .Dogs came out happy clean and nice clean cut no Nics bald spots or uneven.Will diffently going to take them back!
