I have to say I’m so disappointed with they way they operate this establishment. I made an appointment for the to see the Dr for whight loss. Because they were busy and I just accepted a new job I had to make a later time (430pm). I can’t take time off at a new job that I just started. The day before my appointment they called and told me they they can not see anyone pass 3pm. I told them I work until 3pm and asked if they can do a Saturday or even 330pm. I was told no that they could do anything about it. How can you offer a service to help people when you call can cancel the day before.

Well I don’t know what I was expecting. After 8 months of going to Doctors Choice Weight Loss I have lost weight. I still have 20 to go. BUT if you don’t mind impersonal service, a lack of customer service and going through withdraws from the Appetite suppressants because they will not let you pay the following week ( $60.00 every appointment). Well then I guess your good to go. I even called the day before and was told it shouldn’t be a problem. AND the office manager will not come out to talk to you about it.

Staff great. Wait times, terribleI used to get in and out in 5-10 minutes max. Wait times for scheduled appointment takes 20-30 minute wait. Today, so far 40 minutes!
