Dr spent less than 2 minutes talking to me, after I waited close to a half hour to be called back for my scheduled appt time. She took no time to talk to me, but just seemed like she wanted to get in and out and onto the next person. I get they are busy, but it’s unprofessional to make a patient feel like just a number, which is definitely how I felt. She didn’t ask if I had any additional questions or concerns (which I did), but instead, she just finished talking as she was walking away and said it was nice meeting you and walked out. I will not go back to her and would not recommend this office to anyone either. The ladies at the front desk aren’t very friendly either. On the plus side, you don’t have to wear a mask in the office, which was nice.

Everyone I’ve come into contact with at the Dublin office is so incredibly nice! I see Dr. Conroy and he has so much enthusiasm and creates a very enjoyable experience for patients. The staff that does the work up/updates before dr. Conroy comes in are also amazing to work with. So glad I chose this office to start my journey for my skin!

Professional and very friendly staff. Dr Michael P Conroy is great. He asked good questions, listened to my concerns, and recommended a treatment which to me made a lot of sense. I’ve been going to this practice for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

Dr Radloff is the absolute best. I truly believe she saved my life finding my two level 0 melanomas that looked like nothing to me. I’m so grateful that she is thorough. Everyone in the office is really nice and I would definitely recommend them

Staff made me feel rushed, minimized, misinformed, and mishandled. They messed up scheduling my appointment and made me miss work so I could be seen later that day. I was misdiagnosed and the medication they gave me was causing an allergic reaction. The nurses gave no instruction and took bad notes. As a result the doctor was annoyed with me when I tried to explain my situation. The lab technician gave me false information about my biopsy results. The nurse who talked to me on the phone told me to continue taking medication even though it was making my symptoms worse. Don’t go here if you have the option.

I do not leave reviews often, but my experience here has left a sour taste in my mouth. This was my first visit. Dr. Radloff spent *maybe* two minutes with me— which I now see is a recurring theme with this particular physician in the negative reviews. While I am sympathetic to the fact that physicians have high patient volume and face time pressure, this was ridiculous. Dr. kept trying to rush out of the room while I still had serious questions. I have been dealing with PCOS-related issues for many years, and on my paperwork I noticed that she did not even mention this in the visit summary or diagnosis. The paperwork also said she explained certain things to me, which she definitely did not. I thought I’d be led to the lobby to make a follow-up appointment, but instead the assistant showed me directly out of the office through a second exit. I didn’t think they could care about me less here. The only reason I am not giving one star is that the receptionist was kind and patient and I was seen promptly.

Dr. Conroy and his staff were very friendly and put me at ease. As a first time patient the check-in process was easy. Dr. Conroy has a great personality and I and I felt I was in good hands!

I was pleased that everyone was friendly or were all having good day on the same day 😉 I was looked at and quickly diagnosed which made me wonder why I waited so long. Dr also noticed another issue I had not even noticed and took care of it immediately (without another appointment). What a concept.

Dr. Radloff, and her assistant, were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant during my appt. I have waited a number of weeks to be seen by a professional who can talk to me about ongoing skin issues. Today, the doctor treated me like she had never seen me for these issues before. Instead, she barked instructions at me and ran out of the room after spending no more than two minutes in the room with us. My Mom and I felt dismissed during this process. There was very little compassion or expertise relayed during the total of 5 minutes during this appt – clearly there isn’t enough time for her to review history or spend time answering questions a patient may have. Dr. Radloff needs to remember she is providing a service and there are hundreds of dermatologists in the Central Ohio area who would be happy treat me as their patient. As a result of the poor service and experience today, I will be moving on to find one of them because surely this is not how anyone deserves to be treated. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I saw Kara Roche. She examined the skin on my nose and under my left eye. She said the vein is “constricted” and that it’s an internal issue. She suggested possibly an ENT or cardiologist. Since I had just come from an ENT, and my referrals to multiple vascular surgeons have been turned down, I was grateful for the suggestion of a cardiologist. I hadn’t thought of that. I am very thankful for her honesty and helpful advice.
