Best haircut and salon experience I’ve ever had! The staff is so sweet and friendly, the gorgeous girl who got me checked in offered me a glass of ice water, and I got into the chair in no time! Lauren really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I was expecting, I love it! She talked me through what she was doing, asked me genuine questions about my life, and gave me some great hair tips. Overall, it was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back!

Love this salon! From the first time we went there, we have only had good experiences. I last minute changed salons to use them after a bad trial at another salon three years ago. They did an amazing job getting all our girls hair and makeup done. Since then I’ve been using them for haircuts and colors and they always do a great job. I have seen multiple different stylists and they always do great. I love their online scheduling! My husband also gets haircuts here and most recently we have begun bringing our 2 year old.

The ladies over at Dockside knocked it out of the park. On our wedding day, they worked SO fast and completed hair and makeup for 7 of us girls. Now that being said, I am terrible at make up and could never make myself look the way the girls did! I am still so thankful! The pictures from our wedding turned out amazing. I live in the Muskegon area and was hoping to find local vendors for our wedding. The ladies over at Dockside knocked it out of the park. On our wedding day, they worked SO fast and completed hair and makeup for 7 of us girls. Now that being said, I am terrible at make up and could never make myself look the way the girls did! Positive: ValueKaytee is a genius when it comes to hair- I highly recommend you talk to her about finding a nice style for yourself! It had been over 20 years since I had a haircut I liked, but Kaytee managed to give me a perfect medium-length style for my hair, which is thin but not balding (I’m also a man). After seeing her three times now, I have extra confidence and I love my hair for the first time in my life, which I never did before. I don’t even notice I have thin hair anymore. If she can do this with me, then she can create a masterpiece out of someone with fuller hair lol. And if you’re a man who wants a quality haircut, this is where to go.The prices at this salon too are very reasonable as well, a man’s haircut is I think $20 last I saw but honestly I would pay $100 for haircuts of this quality since I can’t get them anywhere else, I tried many times with other stylists, they just don’t have the talent Kaytee does.She also listens to what you want with your hair and can give good recommendations so that you get a style perfect for you. Kaytee is a genius when it comes to hair- I highly recommend you talk to her about finding a nice style for yourself! It had been over 20 years since I had a haircut I liked, but Kaytee managed to give me a perfect medium-length style for my hair, which is thin but not balding (I’m also a man). Critical: QualityI went in to get my hair lightened and I even showed pictures to the stylist so it was clear and my hair is darker than when I went in! Nothing got lightened. Worst part is, I had been working on the integrity of my hair up until that point so it could handle some bleach and now besides looking horrible I will have to wait atleast 4 to 5 months to get the brown or toner lifted.
