It was my first and last time I’ll go here. I went in to get a fill and when I first walked in I was greeted nicely. I had to wait just a few mins since “Wendy” was the only one doing manicure/hand stuff, but it was no problem. When it was my turn I showed her a picture of what I wanted (first pic, but I asked for red instead of green) she said she could do it so, I didn’t question any further. I picked the red I wanted and when she asked if I wanted gel I told her no thanks. After she did the fill/shape I noticed she started to cover my whole nail red, but in gel polish instead of regular. I thought to myself ok whatever that’s fine I guess I’ll get no design or regular polish. After the gel was applied I looked at my nails and some were crooked and the gel was on my cuticles. It just didn’t look nice so, I asked the lady nicely if she could fix them and she just went on and on about it being because I had my nails done somewhere else. Left unhappy with the nails I got, but that’s what I get for cheating on my nail tech.

They were rude and they used the same tools that they used on me on my friend and that was gross! They didn’t even have a nail license to show that they are certified to do nails! I’m extremely unsatisfied with my nails so are my friend. They were in appropriate which was harassment! They don’t even know how to do nails at all! I’m extremely unsatisfied with what they done! Plus they need to get there prices together before they say what we pay for!

NEVER EVER going here again. All my nails were different shaped and they never clean the products they use , terriable just terriable . Ladies are a little bratty and they took advantage of taking money and did terriable on me and my friends nails they suck I don’t recommend going at all thesse ladies not only did they not put effort but they did a HORRIBLE job at everything. Shut down this place . My nail even came off THE DAY I got them done. 30 dollars to waste . Worst nail place AND if you want to go get your nails done I recommend top nails and hair they are amazing and do nails perfectly .

If you want a fast and inexpensive fill, I would recommend them. However, their pricing is inconsistent and they don’t spend a lot of time filing or shaping, which I hate. I end up re-filing my nails every time. This is also not a place for nail art. Their manicurist is not really capable of anything other than a basic polish and they only use gel polish, so you have to file it off if you’re not happy with it. She will tell you she can do it if you show her a picture, but it usually ends up nothing like the picture. If you go in with color on, she files it off even if it can be removed, and sometimes leaves spots of color on it that she brushes acrylic over, so it’s stuck there permanently. She’s hard to communicate with and argues with you if you are not happy with something. Anymore, I go in for a fill and let her file them, but leave without any color because I will just take it off anyway. I have only had one pedicure and I was pretty happy with that. They again used the gel polish on my toes and it lasted forever.
