So I have to change my review. So the last two appointments were not great the quality of service went down so my last appointment the polish was coming off and left a funny grey coat. I had to wait 6 days to get in and get them fixed the polish was completely off 2 of my nails and more than half off 2 others the appointment then instead of painting then all again she just did the messed up nails so now they don’t match before that the polish also came off and the design was not what I wanted at all. I’m definitely done coming here for my nails

Went to get a pedicure with my daughter to enjoy and relax since I’m visiting and this is the closest place to her she gets her manicures there he nails looked good so figured pedicures will be good also. Well I was wrong I have never felt so rushed through before for a pedi. The tech doing work on my feet was very get done and push through type off attitude didn’t take his time had to point out issues to him. Typically they will take the stone and get your problem parts of your feet well I still have mine nothing was done besides a few nails barely filed and paint added. To get a message on both legs was like pulling teeth he did one leg great then the next one and it was haft way done. If I wasn’t leaving to go back home I would be getting things redone. My daughter I was with noticed when we got in the car her tech cut her. And didn’t even handle her problem areas either. Just ridiculous

I used to go often over the summer of 2022 and one time I had a bad experience, but the rest was good. So I decided to go back a month or two later for a set of nails for Halloween and I was with a friend. I got started first and I was finished last, the girl couldn’t do the shape I wanted and so I had to get a different manicurist and they left a lot of the polymer underneath my nails, so it was able to collect a lot of dirt and grime.

We live about an hour away from Pontiac. We had come to pick up our camper/trailer and I was hoping to get my nails done also. I had been sick all of last month and didn’t get to my nail tech. So you can imagine what my nails looked like.

Even at the last min they were able to take me and my daughter and put on a full set of acrylics for each of us. They were very nice and did a great job on our nails. Will definitely be going back.

My experience was the worst experience that I ever received with a pedicure. The tech was unfriendly. I wanted calluses removed and asked the tech to use a callus scraper. He pretended to use it but did not actually use it properly. He would not let me put on my sandals for the painting of my toes. He just flat out said no. He didn’t explain why. He took me to the foot dryer and did not say a word to tell me how long to say under the dryer. He did not thank me for the business. All of this is the exact opposite of other experiences that I have had at various salons. The only thing I can say that was positive is that he was good with leg and foot massage. I had to get another pedicure at a different salon the next day. I was very disappointed with my experience.
