Denita is literally a life saver. I see her monthly for massages to help manage stress and pain from old shoulder and neck injuries. Denita has been the only therapist able to provide relief from the pain my neck and shoulders are usually in. Not only that, but she is able to find trouble spots I didn’t even know we’re causing other issues until she starts to work on them and I feel relief. I always leave feeling 110% though sometimes it’s so relaxing it’s tempting to take a nap right on the massage table afterwards haha.

I cannot say enough good things about Denita. I had my first massage from her in over 3 years yesterday, and it was just as wonderful as I remember. I was a previous client of hers and moved away from the area, and no other massage therapist could live up to expectation. Denita is not only knowledgeable, but extremely kind and adds so much to an already relaxing experience. She immediately noted where I keep all of my tension, and made sure to give some extra TLC to the area. After the massage, she made recommendations to me regarding stretching, and what to work on to keep my muscles loose. 10/10 would recommend.
