If you arrive as soon as DN Nails open they aren’t able to help you because they “have an appointment” that hasn’t arrived. If you arrive to DN nails later in the day they can’t help you because they “have an appointment” then, offer to “do for you tomorrow” Too often this has happened. A friend told me about Ana at DN Nails and that I should go to her, so I did and Ana did such a great job and I couldn’t believe how natural they looked. If you are looking for a clean, professional, safe, and great place to be pampered this is it. If you want an extra treat for yourself Ana also does free hand designs on your nails. The designs are beautiful and realistic. I went to a nail salon to have Healthy Nails with tips applied to my nails and they were big, uneven, and looked horrible. A friend told me about Ana at DN Nails and that I should go to her, so I did and Ana did such a great job and I couldn’t believe how natural they looked. Super clean. My wife has been going to a different salon for years. Her last few appointments had been very disappointing. Another customer in the salon told her to try DN Nails. Let’s just say she has found a new nail salon. She was immediately happy with the friendliness of the new owner and her staff. He took his time and did an amazing manicure and pedicure. I went in for gel fill and the place i went prior did a horrible job but Anna made them beautiful! I’m so happy with the outcome they look so real and I am SUPER picky about my nails and usually do them myself but she did great and they have punch cards if u fill it up you get a free pedicure! Definitely will be going here from now on and she is super friendly!

My Nail Tech of 9 years is here as a new co-owner of this nail salon, and I am thrilled to now have Kally just 3 miles from my home!! She is the absolute best nail tech I’ve ever found and since I can do acrylic nails, I am very picky!! Don’t hesitate to try this place as this is as good as it gets!! Kally, her sister and brother are the new owners as of about 1-1/2 weeks ago and they are excellent! I highly recommend DN Nails!

With the store changing ownership a year ago we were a bit skeptical, but the current owners were really friendly and have my wife a tremendous manicure. Prices are on par with surrounding places but what sets D N Nails apart is the care and detail the lady showed my wife’s fingers. A very thorough job, perfect French tips and a hand massage to boot! We’ll be back in a year when we celebrate Christmas with the family again.

Very clean. Excellent service – Ana was great! Got a perfect mani and pedi. Made an appointment in advance. Social distancing, masks, plexiglass barriers all in place for covid. This was my first salon experience since covid, and I felt very safe/comfortable.

I had an interesting experience here today. Went with family, who are regulars. We got 3 pedicures at the same time. More customers came in, we finished and were moved to the desks for our nails. They began on my family and left me hanging. So weird. FinAlly my relative asked if I was getting my nails done too. I said yes, then the worker realized and told the owner. I sat awkwardly as no one seemed to care that I got skipped on my manicure. I asked the owner for a voucher for next time and was told she would give me a higher service at a lower price. I didnt even go into the fact that I dont wear gel, acrylics or any of that stuff, because I didn’t think she would care. I just wanted a simple manicure. The owner made no correction when I politely and clearly stated to her in a low tone, “The point is, you and your staff just assumed I wasn’t getting a manicure. NOBODY ASKED ME IF I WANTED A MANICURE”. She Just didnt seem to want to own up to it. The owner Kelly, said it was because the other people had appts. WHO CARES. Either way I left as a dissatisfied customer and she made no attempt to correct. She was very much like “oh well”, simply no way to do business.
