This place is absolutely awful. My daughter had a pedicure and he had her put her shoes back on prior to her toenails drying. They wouldn’t let us pick our color. My acrylic nails are different lengths and crooked. They took forever and we were the only ones in there. The customer service is awful, nobody spoke a word. Awful awful awful. -5 ⭐️ is more like it.

I have been at DN Nail in Springfield, TN couple times and I was so impressed! Nai techs were friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. The pedicure itself was wonderful – the foot soak was relaxing, the massage felt great, and my nails looked amazing when I left. I’ll definitely be returning for more pampering! Highly recommend.

I recently tried the dn Nail Manicure and Gel Color and I’m very impressed! It was easy to apply and the results were stunning. The gel color is long lasting and the manicure looked professionally done. The colors are vibrant and look great. Poor service and they don’t listen to what YOU WANT! I asked for maroon dipped nails and one silver nail on each hand and I didn’t want to use the drill nor have my own nail clipper or trimmed due to me growing out my nails. They dipped all my nails maroon and painted glitter gel on top of the nail and less than a week the silver top coat is almost completely gone leaving a full maroon exposed not an 120 dollar service and I asked for gel polish on my toes and got regular polish

I recently tried a dn nail manicure and gel color for the first time and I’m so glad I did! It looks amazing and the colour has stayed vibrant for days. The application was easy to follow and the process was done in no time. I found that the nail colour was very easy to apply, it dries quickly and has a great shine finish. The manicure has lasted longer than I expected and looks really neat.

So going in I had an image I showed her that I wanted from the Stewart I told her I wanted acrylic and Lil longer. I booked appointment but when arriving she was working on 2 other people and had me sit while she worked on them then rushed through my services which I went all out on the pedicure. She then rushed through my nails refused to make them longer because of time. I didn’t even get the design I wanted fully.

I called before I went and asked how long the wait was, she said come right in, I was maybe 5 minutes away, I walked in no one ever spoke to me to see what I was getting done, another lady and her daughter walked in they told her to go on back and sit down, this was after I had been sitting there patiently waiting to be called back. Before I left the lady up front doing manicures halfway cleaned her area kept the same dirty towels she just used and hid the price chart under her towels. I WILL not be back.
