I got my nails done today and I am very unhappy with them. I have gone here a few times now the other times I was happy but this last time was bad. My nails are not the same length I did not get what I asked for for design. My nails are crooked and bumpy just very unprofessional. To be completely honest it looks like I did them myself. The person who did them I am pretty sure is the owner she moved me half way through to another worker so she could help who I am guessing is a regular (which I somewhat understand) but the person I was moved to seemed very rushed which is odd because I was there fairly early in the day so he had no reason to be. I asked for acrylic nails with an ombre affect and a snowflake on top of one nail on each hand. Definitely not going back here again. Pictures posted with review of what I got and what I wanted

I have been here a few times when visiting this area. It can be kind of hit or miss with nail techs. I had a good guy today. Really did my nails well. Was $46.00 for dip on natural nails. Pretty comparable to everywhere else. Friend got a fill with gel polish and it was the same. I do think they need more colors to pick from though, especially for dip.

I have had very good luck with DN nails. Last time I was in, I got the powder nail. I love it. I will admit he should’ve went a little closer to the cuticle, but he did a wonderful job. The powder nail has not chipped, peeled nothing in one month. I’m going back today to have it redone another time.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’m done coming to this place. I came in for acrylic nails last year, and one of the nails broke off the very next day. I recently gave them another chance with just a simple gel manicure with natural nails.First off, the nail tech left an absurdly large gap between the polish and my cuticles. It irked me, but I was pressed for time and didn’t have time to ask her to fix it. I got my nails done on Wednesday, and this is what they look like 5 days later. The gel has chipped on 3 fingers, my cuticles are peeling so bad I have to keep a bandaid over some of them, AND the space between the polish and my cuticles looks even worse now that my nails have grown a little. All of this for $50. At this point I’d rather drive the 2 hours down to the cities to get my nails done there. Excellent customer service and nail work but, massage was not what I usually receive from other nail salons I go to. I used the restroom at the same time as one of the employees. She did not wash her hands with soap and only rinsed with water after coming out of the bathroom. Place is very clean so as restroom but infection control comes first.

I’m a stay at home mom with 4 kids, I RARELY get time for self care. My youngest is 10ms old. I went for a mani with a friend. I was told by 2 different nail artists that my friend had to hold my child while they did my nails. My child did not know this person so of course he cried. Well even as my artist was massaging my forearms after finally allowing me to console my son she kept pushing him close to falling when he got near my nails. She was so freaked out I’d scuff a nail.
