Scheduled an appointment to set up a mani/pedi… had limited flexibility so had to book out over a month in advance. Confirmed appointment via text but she failed to show up and left me waiting around for 30 mins. I texted her right before leaving the salon at 5:30 and didn’t get a response until 8:30 which didn’t include a apology. Would not recommend.
