Purchased a gift card for my girlfriend and the initial service was adequate – even superb. She received two haircuts and was very pleased with her stylist, Dana. A third attempt at scheduling an appointment resulted in poor communication from Dana, with Dana being not specific enough in saying an appointment was being canceled. She said the weather would be poor but did not say that meant she would not be showing up. The language of the message seemed to be placing the decision to attend the appointment in my girlfriend’s hands. My girlfriend asked for clarification and received no reply, and, facing the prospect of a financial consequence associated with a late cancellation/no show policy, my girlfriend was forced to reach out to the leasing agent for Sola Salons in order to elicit a response of some sort. Subsequently, she informed Dana that she would show up for the scheduled appointment in the absence of clarification. Dana then finally contacted my girlfriend, and said she would need to reschedule (less than three hours before the appointment). My girlfriend attempted rescheduling this appointment multiplied times, and specifically for those dates and times Dana’s schedule showed as available, with Dana declining each successive attempt. Great stylist – poor service/business practices.

I have been going to Dana for three years now and she is always able to achieve the look I want without damaging my hair. I trust her judgement and love experimenting with color with Dana. I genuinely look forward to my appointments, which always start and end timely. Definitely recommend Dana to anyone looking for color and cut services!!!
