There is nothing more important to us than your safety and comfort when you visit our salon. We sanitize and disinfect all reusable nail tools in accordance with state regulations and industry “best practices”. Our tools are disinfected after each use. Any implements that can’t be disinfected will be disposed of after use on a single client. We use only quality, professional-grade, legal, and safe products. We take steps to minimize your exposure to odors, vapors, and filing dust in the salon. In addiction to safety and cleanliness, our salon is run by Tina Ho who has more than 25 years experience in the industry. She speaks English fluently, and her customer service skills are second to none in the Windermere Winter Garden areas.

The First Lady that rapped my nails started filing them broke the first two nails! I told her to be more careful plz she stopped and moved me to another lady who the whole time she was doing my nails was eating food and on her phone texting. Horrible customer service the shape of my nails are hideous my hands don’t even match! My thumb nail broke within 24 hours, all I went in for was a dip overlay!

Second time here because the first time I loved the way that Ty did my nails. Showed him a picture of the design I wanted and he was able to replicate exactly what I wanted and even better being very detailed and precise with his work. Salon was clean and organized making you feel relaxed from the time you walk in to the minute you walk out. Will definitely be coming back here!

The place was clean. I was charged an extra 5.00 to remove my shellac from my toes. The pedi was ok. They didn’t do a good job on my toes. I had to ask them to trim my toe nails and two days later my big toe is feeling uncomfortable.

Honestly I cannot say enough about the quality of amazing customer service I experienced. To the outcome of my nails! I went in at 7pm and they took me right away, my nails were messed up from acrylics but we didn’t know until they took the acrylic off. They offered me a glass of wine, helped me understand why my nails were so damaged, and came up with a cocktail of solutions for my nails based on each one. I will recommend this place to everyone ! As someone in the cosmetology industry, the service was impeccable!

I came in with acrylics and asked to remove them everything was going good she removed them well but when she asked if I wanted them to be cut I said yes, after she cut them and left them in an uneven square shape and didn’t even try to fix the shape try to fix them they were left scratched aswell she was on the phone the whole time and as it didn’t bother me atleast she could’ve done a better job at cutting them good and left them not with a scratchy feeling.
