I went here last in April for a pedicure and I brought my own rhinestones to use and told them what I wanted. A pedicure there is $30-$35 and I was charged $65 for a pedicure to have rhinestones added to my big toes. Do the math I was charged an extra $30 to have rhinestones added and had to sit there and listen to all the comments and pointing. On top of being Price gouged they make the customer uncomfortable with their body language and comments to each other. I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. ✋

I asked for a coffin shape with two nails being stiletto…… I ended up with square shape and a long rounded shape. I was told one price on the phone then had to pay additional 20 after getting there. Three out of four colors I asked for she was unable to find. Not sure why it was an option to choose from if it couldn’t be found. After I told her the shape was wrong, she ignores me and went to another client. I had been there already for 2 hrs and was just ready to go. No energy to argue today but I will not go back for the 50 dollar fill in she quoted me…..and that’s without design and having long nails.

This place is a hit or miss depending on who you get. I would highly recommend to call & make an appointment, schedule ahead of time & you won’t have to wait. I’ve had all the technicians work on my nails & would definitely say Daniel or Tom is the best.

Horrible customer service. Turned us away two different days, not sure if it was because we are black or one in our party uses a wheelchair and has Intellectual disabilities. But we have gone in there twice and they turned us away BOTH times. After they turned us away the 2nd time, I called and asked if I could come in a get my nails done in 15 or 20 mins and they said “yes, we help you.” Then I asked “then why did you just turn us down at the door?” The 2nd time we went in there, it was right at opening and there was no one else in the store. Do not go to the place!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

I wish I could give less than one star. Tech made me bleed during my pedicure and thought it was funny. Cost me almost $100 to have my toes and nail look like a two year old painted them. I got gel and less than a week later both my toes and nails look HORRIBLE. don’t go here. Literally go anywhere else Manicure, Pedicure

This was the worst experience ever. This man tried to provide the service of an Pedicure and I don’t know if he didn’t know what he was doing but he barely touched my feet. He cut my toenails crooked and didn’t get the dead skin off. My feet looked the same as when I walked in there. I will never be returning to that establishment again.

Definitely best salon in town! Got to come in the morning to avoid the wait just like every other nail salon. Come at the right time. Diane is so sweet and attentive. She has everything possible you could want for your nails! Perfect pink and white every time I ask for it. Creative long colorful nails when I’m feeling extra. She comes up with the coolest ideas! I always love my nails when she does them.

They fixed it but said I had to have hit something causing it to come off. Made me mad but thenin 5 days another one was loose. Went back and the owner basically started screaming at me that she didn’t use cheap products. Over and over again. I told her something was wrong. She fixed it but charged me $10.
