My first experience of ever coming to this place and I’m definitely coming back.Helen does more than a great job she is spectacular when it comes to understanding and giving the client exactly what they want because I’ve been to mini no places and they’re either too thin to thick to wide and then usually the nail tech has an attitude when it comes time to fix it well not with Ellen she is the nicest nail tech and the most experienced nail designer I have came across since I have moved from California ……. Exactly what you want is exactly what you will get I came in with a photo of a picture I came across on line and when I saw it I knew that I had to have it the only problem was I stopped at a lot of nail places and no one can create the look that I was looking for. Ellen was able to make it happen I believe she can possibly do it even with her eyes closed, lol. She is very experienced and has great quality products and she beat the price of every nail shop in my area which is on Westheimer

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been here twice and the second trip was for a fill which I might not visit this location for numerous reasons; first reason being charged regular price! Second Eric did a poor job on my nails he filled in a lifting nail which caused the nail to continue to lift so I assume he knew it would break now this would cause me to make another trip! Second Eric did a poor job on my nails he filled in a lifting nail which caused the nail to continue to lift so I assume he knew it would break now this would cause me to make another trip!
