I don’t even know where to start with Ian and NBR hair extensions… the two things combined have forever changed my self confidence and salon experience FOR THE BETTER! First of all, in the last 5 years I’ve been through multiple extension methods (beads, sew in, tape ins, etc) and I’ve had them done in major cities by top stylists in Miami, Dallas, Portland, Seattle and Scottsdale. And NOTHING and NO ONE compares to NBR method at DKW with Ian. From the very first phone call Lo hooked me with his phone presence, knowledge and friendliness. I immediately felt good vibes and was excited for the process! I came to my very first appointment a hot mess and defeated…I recently spent a year recovering from a brutal car wreck where my previous tape in extensions literally DREADED into my hair and had to cut off 5 inches of my natural hair in the process. I came to Ian skeptical we could ever get my hair back to its former car wreck beauty. After my first appointment I left with my expectations blown out of the water (almost in tears I might add) it had been so long since I felt that good about myself… that my blonde had looked so bright… that my hair had looked so long and full!! The whole client experience with Lo greeting me and getting to know me, offering me drinks & snacks. Making sure I was fully accommodated – then to Ian working his absolute magic left me in awe. Now after my third appointment at DKW I’m STILL getting my expectations exceeded. Each appt Ian has progressed my color, added a third row and completely protected the integrity of my hair. My hair has never looked so healthy and fabulous!! It should be noted too though that my first impression of the salon was Lo (yeah I googled and IG’ed tons of research) but Lo was the first voice I heard, the first face I saw, the first intro to NBR I had and he was amazing. His energy is perfect for the face of a high end salon and he answered all my questions articulately and thoroughly. I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable around him the instant I entered the salon… I really don’t think I’ve ever had a better front of the salon experience than Lo, and again I’ve had A LOT of hair appts in a lot of fabulous cities…. Lo is a rare find and Ian is an artist… combine that with NBR and the experience as a whole is unmatched. No other extension method could ever compare, the true hair dream team!!

Getting my hair done was all I wanted. I was so excited when we finished It looked beautiful, color everything. For $2500 plus tip should look great..Few weeks go by and I’m really struggling with the hair I need to have it moved up I call the salon no answer I leave email, VM etc. No response continue trying to reach someone with no response… Horrible
