wouldnt reccomend. hair was fine. customer service not so much. she repeatedly told me my ends are terrible and bleached too much. ive never bleached my hair once. she proceeded to cut off at least 2 inches when i said a 1/2 inch. i was talking to my mom about something, and she practically came down and yelled at me and said my mom cant do my hair, she can. she told my friends mom that i shouldnt be talking with ‘red daggers’ for nails, and that i was annoying. if you want to be treated poorly, go ahead in.
