Quality of service has gone down. My technician rushed and didn’t even do everything that’s included in a basic pedicure. The manicure was not worth it. Left nail polish on my skin. It felt like because I didn’t pay for the upgrades she decided I didn’t deserve bare requirements for service. My bill came out to $60 for gel pedicure and a regular manicure and I still tipped $10. Poor service. I will be looking around for a new nail salon

This place needs to really monitor the temperatures they are exposing their clients’ feet to. My foot felt like it got scolded in a pot of boiling water when they put my foot in the mask solution. When my pedicure was done initially, it was so lumpy and chunky looking. I had her re-do it, and I’m still not happy with the quality of service for the prices they charge at this place. They need to hire more experienced technicians who are willing to take their time. It seems very rushed and you shouldn’t feel guilty for asking for them to take the time to make corrections. She said that the polish was old and added a bunch of nail polish remover to it. They need to spend the money to actually have quality polish at their salon.

Jason did my nails and did AMAZING. I don’t get my nails done often because I always hate the outcome. But Jason definitely changed my outlook about getting my nails done. He didn’t cut my skin and make me bleed and was making sure I liked everything he was doing. Super amazing staff. Acrylic nails

They did a grood job on my daughter and her friends nails but were extremely slow. This would have been ok if we hadn’t made appointments. My daughter’s appointment was at 6. They didn’t even start on her nails until 7. There were other customers that walked in after us and were taken care of before they even got to my daughter. My daughters friend had her toes and fingernails done in the time it took them to finish my daughter’s finger nails. The nails did end up looking nice though.

This was my first time coming to this place and I will definitely be back. They did such a beautiful job. I was a walk in and got to sit down immediately and I was in and out in 40 mins! Everyone was super friendly. This literally made my day. I highly recommend! Acrylic nails

Just as bad as the majority of other Asian run nail salons. Noisy, dirty, unorganized, inconsistent in their service. They don’t listen when you come in the door and ask you several times what you want then leave you at the pedicure station when you also want a manicure. This is my second time here, not coming back.

It’s very nice and clean however I feel the prices are absolutely outrageous. That is honestly one thing that keeps me from coming. One time my acrylics started coming of within days of me getting them done but I went in a they fixed them which was nice.

Don’t get me wrong, these nails were pretty good looking and you would think they would last awhile. Wrong. They did not last but a week until the pointer finger nail fell off with just one itch to my leg. They are by far the worst in the department of lasting long in my opinion. They had great service and it was very welcoming just kind of disappointed.
