Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI am new to the area;therefore, it was my first visit to a nail salon. I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try. The wait was barely a minute considering there was another client. I sat down and my nail tech didn’t really speak to me. He began to work on my manicure, and he accidentally cut too deep into my cuticle and my finger began to bleed. He addressed the issue by putting a cotton ball with a liquid styptic. He did not apologize. I also noticed his work area was not clean. I found pieces of nails from other clients on the corner of the table and it was very dusty. Once he was finished, he told me ,” Okay, you’re done”. I did like the polish color, he did paint the nails well, and he did ask if liked the color. I am new to the area;therefore, it was my first visit to a nail salon. I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try. The wait was barely a minute considering there was another client. I sat down and my nail tech didn’t really speak to me. He began to work on my manicure, and he accidentally cut too deep into my cuticle and my finger began to bleed. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve gone here twice both time I got dipping powder, once with acrylics once with out. Had 2 different nail technicians and they both did AMAZING clean beautiful work. My nails lasted a very long time. No chipping or pealing. And I’m pretty rough with my hands. I highly recommend this salon!Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Super friendly staff, they love talking to their clients and I always have the best quality of nails. The talented lady who does my nails takes her time and always makes me happy with the final results. This has to be the best nail salon in Maine and I am not lying. Super clean and following all covid protocols, they clearly love what they do and take their jobs seriously. I have been coming to this place maybe two months now! Super friendly staff, they love talking to their clients and I always have the best quality of nails. The talented lady who does my nails takes her time and always makes me happy with the final results. This has to be the best nail salon in Maine and I am not lying. Super clean and following all covid protocols, they clearly love what they do and take their jobs seriously.
