Well let’s just say I would avoid this place. I went there twice and both times I never got what I wanted. I waited forever to be seen and they were very rude. The one woman I had wouldn’t bring out more colors for me to see and really just didn’t do what I wanted. She was way to rough when filing and I just didn’t like it. I got charged $50 for a fill and I ended up hating them anyway. I would just not go there find a better place cause I know there is a lot.

Well where do I start, (PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS) first if you do go don’t go to the lady with all the tattoos she cut almost every one of my cuticles and didn’t apologize or put disinfectant on it, 2nd they are extremely rude, at one point 3 of them gathered around looking at her doing my nails talking in their language and laughing at my nails, 3rd I got them done on a Thursday night by Saturday morning 5 nails were chipping and it’s supposed to be gel. I’ve never had gel chip like this before and what nail salon doesn’t have colored acrylic powder when I asked for the colored acrylic powder she said no we do gel it be easier for you. WORST EXPERIENCE OF GETTING MY NAILS DONE IN MY LIFE

ITS A SCAM!!!! READ THE WHOLE THING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Got a fill at this place, I went once before and had a bad experience, but I decided to give them a second chance and try again. Worst place Ive ever been to. If you think this is a good nail place, then you’ve literally never been ANYWHERE else. I waited 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment before I even was seen, as I watched other people who had appointments at the same time as me who came in after get taken before me. The woman who did my nails was extremely rough, made me bleed numerous times, and she made fun of my previous nails in her native language which I am partial to. She spoke of me nastily to her coworkers and kept giggling to herself about my nails, which looked better going in compared to when they came out. All I wanted was white nail polish, no design, nothing. The polish didn’t even last the first couple hours, and already had begun to chip off. It’s apparently “gel” too. I’ve never had this bad of an experience in my life. Biggest waste of time and money.

Absolutely horrible. We had an appointment for 3, one was a little girl under 7. Came in 15 minutes before our appointment time, and still didn’t get us in until 30 minutes later. Only one at a time too. Charged us a full manicure and pedicure for the little one and all they did was paint her nails and toes. When getting my toes done, I’m not sure if she was the owner or what, but she was VERY rude to the girl doing my toes, basically yelling at her AND me because I asked for glitter. Looked at me and the girl doing my toes and said “that’s it. No more” because I wanted glitter and a French tip. I slipped the poor girl doing my toes 20 dollars because I felt so bad. Then my sister, who had to wait 2 hours just to start her pedicure, didn’t even get to finish getting hers done because it took so long to get to her even though we made this appointment for 3. She basically just got a soak and her toes shapped. They still charged her for a full deluxe pedicure. Really rude staff. Long wait time even with appointments. I could go on. So disappointed. Will never go back

Probably won’t be going back. Made an apt today at 1 wasn’t taken back until after 1:30. Then they guy that did my nails rushed it. It took him about 20minutes for a gel manicure. Didn’t cut cuticles, nails are not the same size, and he burnt me multiple times with the drill. Also I asked if he could change his gloves (they had stuff all over them) and clean the visibly dirty station before I put my hands down and he rolled his eyes at me.

The inside of the salon was super cute and spacious, but that’s about where the compliments end. The staff were rude and making nasty comments about us to each other, refused to talk at all directly to us…I thought maybe we had done something but this lack of communication/friendliness seems to be a rampant problem because when the music shut off you could have heard a pin drop it was so silent…The price for a regular manicure and pedicure was ungodly compared to other locations. Came to check it out and because the other salon I wanted to take my friend to was already booked. Won’t be back.

My husband bought me a $100 gift card for my birthday. I went on Friday to get a pedicure and when it was time to pay the girl that did my pedi I handed her the gift certificate and after she looked at it she made me feel like my gift certificate was a fake. She went to everyone in the spa and asked about the gift certificate. Then she came over to me to tell me they didn’t know the signature on the gift certificate. Thank god my husband put the receipt for the gift certificate in the envelope. I will not be back as she made me feel like I had done something wrong. Glad I had the receipt to prove that my husband bought it there. I hope it made that girl feel dumb for questioning me in front of a salon full of people.
