I called to schedule an appointment and the person that answered the phone said “Yeah”, not “Hello, this is Djoko’s braid shop, how can I help you?.” I proceeded to say, Is this the braid shop?. They said Yeah. Not “I apologize for not saying hello. This is the braid shop, how can I help you”?. I should have hung up but I figured I would give it one more shot. I then asked the unpleasant and unprofessional person on the phone ” I was calling to see when you had availability”. They said “yeah” instead of saying Yes, I have availability. When would you like to schedule and appointment?. I hung up the phone because I felt like I was in Lil John Yeah Yeah yeah video instead of on the phone with a business.

Got my hair done in fish bone braids… she was quick, scheduled me last minute, and nice. Braids were looking worn by week 2, and she didn’t do too well with blending my natural hair into the braids. I wasn’t able to blow it out bone straight. I recommend them for a quick style when you have nowhere else to go. Definitely dependable, just don’t go there with an extravagant style or too many requests. You get something simple, get in and get out. I’d definitely go again if I were ever in a bind.

First she was tying in more hair with my precious Locs and I ask her not to do that I only came for a wash and Retwist, secondly she half wash my hair for the price of 70 dollars she only half wash the top area of my hair, then she had a bucket to rinse out the shampoo, thirdly she hand towel the rest of the remaining lather out my hair all that the bucket of water didn’t rinse out. Poor service for the price of 70 dollars,,. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuemy mom & i got a full head of braids and we’re taking them done already within 3 weeks. we BOTH lost braids within 3 days of having our hair done & it continued. she’s definitely pricy on braids that shouldn’t cost that amount. won’t be coming back EVER AGAIN!

I’ve never been treated so rude before in my life. They have no sign to tell which door to use so we went to the side. She came to the door and said use the other door and proceeded to shoo my daughter off the porch. When we got inside no one spoke to us or even smiled. After standing there without anyone asking if they could help, I left.

COLLEGE KIDS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY find another one in the area I went here cause I was trying to save money by not going to Atl cause I live in Tallapoosa but I should have just went to Atl, my hair did not look like the picture that I showed her and she had so much gel on it that the next day my hair was all over my head and I had to have my girlfriend help me to do one braid over cause it was so big sleeping comfortably was not an option by the 3rd day I had to take it down because I could not gel it by myself cause of how much hair was coming out in the back WASTE OF MONEY ALSO don’t talk about me while I’m sitting there and point at me so I know your talking about me but I can’t understand you and she also had an attitude cause she asked me what color I wanted she kept trying to get me to pick a color she had upfront and because she had to reach way back in the closet to get the color I wanted she had an attitude say bring your own hair next time if it’s a problem the price also changed from what she told me on the phone and I helped her husband get a refrigerator in the house by helping take off the door and moving stuff w/ch was not an easy task but I was trying to be helpful and then you turn around and screw my hair up like that and have me looking ratchet after I helped your family she doesn’t care how you look and if your happy when it’s done she just wants the money she knew I wasn’t happy and just put more gel on went to Atl the next week back to my girls at Hady and Yatou your better off going to YouTube and have ya homegirl try
