Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey are not profesional I wanted platinum blonde hair and when she was bleaching me she burnt my scalp and on top of that was very rough with my hair. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went there one time to bleach my hair and I went in with the way I wanted my hair they bleached my hair 4 times then charged me for the 4 times of that amount because they did not use the right volume on my hair and they left my hair extremely damaged and hair falling out and a completely different color from the one I wanted. Rude beyond measure! The salon is big but they do not do a good job with even the wash/condition. The lady that did my hair was extremely ruff because she did not want to do it. She talked on the phone, ate and walked off doing who knows what about every 10 minutes. If you just need a place to go then fine but I wouldnt recommend to any of my friends. Take the drive to New Haven or find another salon locally.
