Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueVery unprofessional, overpriced and bad customer service. Now it makes sense why it wasn’t packed the Friday I went. So the owner was 15 minutes late for my appointment, whatever I brushed it off. After a couple of hours in the chair she stops braiding my hair and says “ follow me”, walks me over to the bathroom not telling me why? After a couple of minutes I got out the bathroom and find her eating lunch lol! You should always inform clients when you’re gonna take a lunch break. Then later on when she was half way through with my hair she had the audacity to tell me to walk next door to pay for more hair jam! What kind of place is this? Very disappointing experience. Very unprofessional, overpriced and bad customer service. Now it makes sense why it wasn’t packed the Friday I went. So the owner was 15 minutes late for my appointment, whatever I brushed it off. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThey are rude and unprofessional. The braider assigned to me wanted to go home early and was upset when I showed up ontime for my scheduled appointment. She pulled and combed my hair roughly out of anger. I had to stop her several times. Don’t waste your money here! They don’t deserve customer’s ! I will never go back again!Service: Hair extensions

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI hâte leaving negative reviews for any business…especially during a pandemic…bc I know ppl work hard but I’ve been to this salon twice and both times have left in tears. Both visits they have not done the very simple styles that I’ve showed pictures of and I’ve either left looking ridiculous or in severe pain bc my hair was braided wayyy too tight. I’ve made appointments both visits and have had to wait 1-1.5 hr just to have anyone start braiding my hair. They’re not respectful of their clients time at all and if they cannot fit someone in when they say they can they should not book the appointment then. They will prioritize taking personal phone calls over doing your hair. They also take their masks off very often while in the salon. If you have a sign asking and expecting ppl to wear mask, as business owners, you must do the same. The shop is also not very clean nor well swept even after a client leaves. Spent way way way too much money there for such awful experiences. I hâte leaving negative reviews for any business…especially during a pandemic…bc I know ppl work hard but I’ve been to this salon twice and both times have left in tears. Both visits they have not done the very simple styles that I’ve showed pictures of and I’ve either left looking ridiculous or in severe pain bc my hair was braided wayyy too tight.
