I’m new to the area and was interested in getting my hair braided professionally since the last set I braided myself. First let me say thank you God. I called for an appointment & I realized I would not have the prior set of braids out in time. I called back,they take braids out @ a great, reasonable price. I came back later the same day to get braided. They remembered me from the AM Nae Nae was just simply awesome. Everything about her was kind.They constantly asked was I alright & was my hair to my pleasing. My hair is gorgeous,I stepped out my comfort zone and I’m glad I did. Wonderful job, excellent service,kind people.

Super clean, nice, friendly atmosphere. I received services for my daughter and myself. It was a family-like atmosphere and made me feel comfortable. Two braiders were on each head and there were seven chairs occupied. My daughter’s box braids (with color) took a little more than three hours to get done. My Senegalese twists were neatly done and took less than four hours to complete! I was so pleased with the results, I brought my youngest daughter the very next day to be serviced. She got box braids for the first time and it was not too tight at all. We will return.

Fanta Argued with a customer and her hair braider told her a price and she paid it. Jaka went off on the customer about the agreed price and stated she has to pay more. That lady said she will not ever return back and she had no business arguing with her like that. The lady felt traumatized. Very sad. Box Braids

Got a wash, retwist, style. Lady seemed upset about doing my hair. Washed my hair for a total of 4 minutes. Lathered my hair in gel. I asked her to use alot less and she argued with me that it wasn’t alot. Owner proceeded to do my hair after that. Asked her to be more gentle and she did not, all while explaining to me that she listens to her customers. My hair looks rough and was definitely not worth the time and money.

So, I am glad that I went to this shop, because now I know to never go back there again! First off, I only went there to get my hair braided in cornrows, no weave, because I was installing a wig. So I go to this shop thinking that braids to the back won’t be no more than $20-$30. And I brought my own combs as well. I had already washed and blowed dried my hair before as well. I was only in the chair for 15 mins and when I was done, the owner (I’m assuming), charged me $60! Then went down to $50 when she saw that I was upset. Then she told me to leave my phone so I can get some money off the ATM, which I did not as that is my right. It took everything in me to not cuss this lady out, because then she ended up following me to the CVS right next door to make sure I was gonna pay her. I told her to her face, don’t you ever follow me or anybody again. You should’ve said the price before hand, when I first walked in. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, THE OWNER IS RUDE, RIDICULOUS AND UNREASONABLE. If you can’t have reasonable prices, especially for something simple, you should not be running a business! And trust me I’m a business owner myself of a clothing boutique, so I know.

They got me in and got to my hair right away. I got Senegalese twists done, 3 and 1/2 hrs later, I was done and out. I will be back for take down, and then again for more braids. Lovely place. Love the atmosphere.
