Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis has became my fav nail spot in LA!!! The reviews do not do it justice for the price + care. I always go with any nail tech because they’re so kind, and willing to work with your vision. This has became my fav nail spot in LA!!! The reviews do not do it justice for the price + care. I always go with any nail tech because they’re so kind, and willing to work with your vision. My nails were a mess when I went in and they fixed the shape perfectly… I accidentally chose the wrong color once and they fixed it, with no problem. 5 stars, love it!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have never in my life felt the need to write a bad review, but this time I feel obligated. I got acrylic nails, within two days of getting my nails five of them fell off. I’ve gotten acrylics at many other salons and have never had this happen before. I don’t do anything abnormal or tough with my hands throughout the day… nails fell off in the shower, while I was typing on my keyboard, when I opened a door. I didn’t even feel the acrylics fall off half of the time.So I went back and someone put on new nails for me. I asked her to fix the other five because I knew they were going to fall off too, but she told me to come back as they fall off. This upset me because I didn’t want to make multiple trips in a single week. I wanted them fixed on the spot.Naturally, I waited for the rest of my nails to fall off so I didn’t have to make more trips than I had to. It only took a day and a half for the rest of my nails to fall off. I went back and someone new did my nails for me. This man was rude, dismissive, and bad at his job.Now none of my nails match, they’re all different shapes and sizes. The last man to do my nails did a terrible job. I asked him to make adjustments throughout and would point out an abnormal nail, but he would give me an excuse and tell me they had to be done that way. NO ONE WAS LISTENING TO ME.My pinky nails are completely different sizes, I look so stupid. I expressed my concerns continuously and showed him the size difference… He responded that my fingers are different shapes and one pinky is significantly larger than the other. This is incorrect, I’ve had these hands for 23 years and I’ve never thought that my pinkies are different sizes. I am so upset and frustrated. I have never in my life felt the need to write a bad review, but this time I feel obligated. I got acrylic nails, within two days of getting my nails five of them fell off. I’ve gotten acrylics at many other salons and have never had this happen before.
