I recently went for acrylics. Within an hour of my appointment the paint started bubbling, popping, and then peeling. I had to go get them re-painted at a different place the next day and it turns out they didn’t let them originally dry enough because the paint was still wet underneath when they took it off. Thought I had them all fixed up but it’s now only a couple days after the original appointment and the acrylics are already starting to lift. I’m giving two stars though because I have had precious good experiences. Unfortunately, it seems like they are pretty hit or miss.

I have never paid this much for a fill, my salon closed and shopping for a new one. My nails are misshapen and tapered rather than square so will lift when growing out. The gentleman for whatever reason had the shakes terribly which was uneasy…place was beautiful but empty….makes sense….

Worst place I have ever gone for nail services. I went in for a full set of acrylics. Tech was rude and jammed my nail beds down with his fingernails and the buffering was painful. They turned out awful and not at all what I was looking for. I could really tell he didn’t care much for what he was doing and did not provide even decent customer service. Will never return. Much better services experienced elsewhere in Cambridge.

So to start off they didn’t have the right colors that I wanted , then the guy was so rough that he made my nails bleed and then to top it off I had three different workers finish my nails. Very disappointing experience!! I will never go there again!! My nails ended up looking horrible… Acrylic nails

Absolutely Amazing Experience! They responded within minutes of me messaging them for prices and an appointment. I was able to have a Phenomenal Hot Stone Pedicure within an hour of messaging. My nail technician was lovely, kind, thorough and Fabulous! I will definitely be back!!! Thank you for making me feel amazing!

Amazing service. I hate picking out colors. A lot of salons add something to the Polish that extends the color and the bottles look crusty and gross. Their color selection was clear (color vs gel) and neat. The staff was welcoming and kind. They actually massaged my legs instead of going through the motions. They were careful that the towels weren’t too hot for my daughter. Excellent location. I would highly recommend.

We went here literally only because NV Nails was booked. We went for 1 gel acrylic set, 1 gel manicure, and 2 REGULAR pedicures. We were given gel pedicures, and when we tried to intervene; we were told it would be “okay” and not “charged extra” while my arcylics were being done, I asked for them to be as short as possible and round. When they didn’t go as short or as round as I liked, I asked them to correct it, and they huffed and puffed, and said something to the other workers. While we were getting our pedicures, a woman walked it requesting a manicure for her mother, and would like to talk to the person who would be doing her nails, because she wanted to explain that her mother at dementia, and required extra assistance, and every single employee was rude to her, and kept repeating they didn’t know what she was talking about. Then, when my nail color was being applied, the tech asked me if I wanted another coat of polish and I said I did, and again, she was huffy and puffy. At this point, I was so ready to leave. My pedicure was good, and beautiful, I have no complaints there, but my nails are absolutely horrendous. What should have been a $140 dollar bill, ended up being a $180 dollar bill because of gel polish, that I “wasn’t supposed to worry about” while a customer was waiting for a regular pedicure, one employee literally walked up to her and told her she should get a gel pedicure because it’s only “$15 more” he pushed this 3x before the finally got to w hint that she didn’t want that. Absolutely unbelievable, terrible customer service, and work. Never returning here again.

This place is horrible. Nasty attitudes, and did a sloppy job on my hands and feet. I also asked them to let me sit under the dryer because she just polished them and they were still very wet. She put on quick dry and told me there was no time they were closing. Even though they still had a customer getting their feet done. So I had smudges on my nails. But I refuse to go back because of how I was treated. Worst nail shop I have ever experienced. If I could give them a negative star I would.
