The place is the one of the worse nail salons I’ve been to (I’ve been getting my nails done since HS) I’m really trying to figure out how other customers give them more stars and maybe it is because they are regulars so they get treated better. First off this place is very unsanitary, unprofessional and when you ask questions or request something specific they act as if you’re the problem. I got my nails done and within 4 days the nail polish is chipping and a nail just broke. The only reason why this place is still open is due to the lack of options in the area. I definitely will not be going back.

I’ve been coming here since high school. for 15 YEARS. I get my eyebrows done by Jessica, and I swear I am never disappointed. The salon is always clean and the staff are all ready to help. Jessica also does a great gel set so I truly recommend stopping in and using her services.

Used to go here to get my nails done for years but it’s super uncleanly. They try to upsell all the time and always get my nails wrong but I didn’t mind because maybe I asked for too many complicated designs. Their application of acrylic is terrible and your nails break within a week. I now have a nail tech that actually does a good job. They also over wax brows. I went today just to put a pad on and I asked to use the bathroom and they said no. Where’s the humanity?

After years of walking by this salon every day I finally decided to give a try. When you first walk in you immediately will be greed by the strong chemical smell. I have been to multiple nail salons in the search of the “one” and I never noticed any smell in any of them. Secondly if you are the type who pays attention to detail this place is filthy. I ended up staying and the girl who did my acrylic was actually pretty good her name is Katie or Carla i don’t remember (her mame starts with C o K) but sadly I don’t think I will be coming back. The customer that go there either don’t notice or simply don’t care. For me cleanliness is everything.
