I’ve been coming to this salon for 5 years. Great customer service and a very friendly atmosphere. Terra is my stylist, she is amazing! Always on time, I never have to wait. Any style I have requested always leaves my hair healthy, growing, shiny & always receiving compliments . I always leave out looking refreshed & my hair is always looks & feels beautiful

This original review WAS ACTUALLY DONE 11 YEARS AGO!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ive ever had. my son came in for loc maintenance . we had a appt at a certain time, we waited 30 minutes before the stylist came out to tell us she would be with us., 45 minutes later,, after that,,,of course she had a customer in her chair. Yelled out ok you can come back, never greeted my son , , i walked back, introduced my son who was a young teen, because she ever said HER name. clearly she had a attitude problem. as i began to explain that my sons locs needed alot of attention and that he has alot of dandruff (common with locs) but if you DO locs then you already know that. she began to embarrass him in front of other customers saying ” i think you have a scalp problem” and to me wasnt friendly at all my son was 13 at the time,, not cool. Im like if you dont want to do his hair then dont, it needed washed with dandruff shampoo, lol. I started to just walk him out of there, but he really wanted to get his hair done because his regular stylist was out of country. i came back to pick him up she never said a word to me, I asked how much she never said anything, the receptionist had to ask her, i went to desk to pay and i said whats her problem and where is your boss. girl stated oh shes out for the day. charge me $100. for loc maintenance !!!! needless to say no tip was left and ill never be back. I dont let alot of stuff bother me , but this is what gives black salons a bad name.. I hope noone i know goes there. BTW i did call back to leave message for owner ,, NEVER got call back… not surprised, the stylist took the message. end result,, sons locs were trimmed , some ends cut off, thinner, wth, please dont say yall provide a service , if your not properly trained,,,

The service I received was microshading and I love my eyebrows. Isha really did an amazing job on my scattered crazy brows. Isha is excellent not only with brows but also did a phenomenal job on my lashes. I feel pretty.

Vicki has been doing my hair since I was a teenager. She has always been professional and is very accommodating when I have to reschedule. She is very personable and I always leave out of there feeling like a million bucks!! When I step out the chair and look in the mirror I say out loud “she’s back”!! She created my signature hair style a while back and lots of women have requested the “kia”… although she gets tired and burned out with it she always finds a way to create a different version of the style… Vicki is dedicated to her craft and I will always admire her for that. Her daughter Iesha is a beast with makeup and also gives the best washes!! I just love the ladies at Dizire Hair Boutique!! I love my hair stylist!! I’ll neva let her go!!

The hair stylist was awesome and did a great job. Not fault but my own that I missed an appointment the day before and had to pay25.00 and I thought appointment was 11:30 and it was 11 the next day and had to pay another 15.00. I didn’t mind paying one of the fees but it doesn’t say there’s a fee anywhere.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LOCS! I came here to get a retwist and style. When iLeft my hair was still damp and the two strand twists were starting to unravel by the next day. I called the next day and when I returned the lady had an attitude. She was yanking my hair while retwisting it and then told me she didn’t have time to put it back into two strands instead of asking me to come at another time. I didn’t receive a refund for the style on top of leaving the rubber bands in my hair from the previous attempt of two strands. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT COME HERE FOR LOCS!

My stylist was amazing. My appointment was at 1130, she took me at 1131 and I was out the door by 1228p. I received many compliments on my hairdo. Customer for life!!!
