Dixon Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband and I have been going to the Dixon nails for five or six year. Today, Thursday , we had 9AM appointments for pedicures and a manicure. Our appointments were scheduled on Monday in advance to assure a time and space. When we arrived the chairs were taken and we were told to come back in a thirty minutes. We found this to be extremely unprofessional, especially after being loyal customers. If an appointment is made it should have been honored. My husband and I have been going to the Dixon nails for five or six year. Today, Thursday , we had 9AM appointments for pedicures and a manicure. Our appointments were scheduled on Monday in advance to assure a time and space. When we arrived the chairs were taken and we were told to come back in a thirty minutes. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWent in for full set of Acrylic. I wanted a special design and the younger guy ( i dont know his name) and the girl that was working on my nails spent some time trying to make it perfect. I love the end results and am exited with my new set.

They started right away on her pedicure and told me I would have to wait for my manicure. No problem, must be 10 or 15 minutes. 45 minutes later the only time someone has even talked to me was to tell me to move so they could start on another girl’s manicure. I ask why I havent been started when three other women had already been started. My mom’s pedicure was already done by this time. The techs then try to blame me for it because I want a full set.Extremely disappointed. My mom and I showed up 5 minutes early for our appointment. They started right away on her pedicure and told me I would have to wait for my manicure. No problem, must be 10 or 15 minutes. 45 minutes later the only time someone has even talked to me was to tell me to move so they could start on another girl’s manicure.
