My braids were great but I was kept waiting 40 minutes even though I got a text 15 minutes before my appointment stressing how I need to be on time because they are fully booked back to back which wasn’t fair seeing as you pay deposit and told there is a tardiness policies but I think I paid $30 instead of $45 so that was a nice gesture.
