I came here at 6:30 and the door was locked . The sign says open until 7. The woman was by the door ignoring me at first. I knocked on the door and she said they close at 6:40. I let her know the sign says 7 and it’s also 6:30. She said she’ll take me . Just so they can butcher my eyebrows completely . They did a horrible job and were rushing me out . My eyebrows are now uneven with missing patches . I was coming here for 1 year and never again.

It’s a nice, clean, little spot in Nutley. The lady working there is very nice and attentive. I didn’t like how the eyelashes came out. It didn’t look like a professional put them. One was was ok, but the first eye is bad and now the glue is not coming off so I will have to stay like that for some time. I will not come back. However I did see a lot of people in and out for waxing.

My first visit here was with Saru and she was amazing. She understood what I wanted with my eyebrows. After a month I returned back but Saru wasn’t there so I had to do my eyebrows with Reema. Reema was incredibly rude towards me when I was simply telling her how I would prefer to have my eyebrows. She lacks professional customer service. I felt very uncomfortable with her.

Anna and Suzy are very experienced and do a great job. They are also very nice and very accommodating. The salon is clean, neat and organized. There is never really a wait time even when I don’t have an appointment and just walk in. I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted, my lashes tinted and body waxing done. I am always happy with their work at Divine Threading and highly recommend it. They even do skincare/facials and massage. Anna gives a great massage. Divine Threading has great pricing too on all their services!

I just started going there in the last couple of months. They do a fantastic job of threading my eyebrows and waxing. Can’t beat these price and honestly, my brows haven’t looked this good in quite some time and are finally back up to par. Place is clean, quiet, and relaxing. I am very picky with my eyebrows and I don’t let just anyone to do them, however, all of the girls at divine threading are great. I love this place!!!! I also get all my waxing done here. Ana and the rest of the crew are great. I never made an appointment and they took me right in. No waiting. I also took my sister here for her first time waxing (she loves to shave), I told her to try it for the first time for her wedding and she loved the girls. They were very accommodating with her.

That facial was the single worst experience of my life, at one she left me mid way through her cleaning my face to do someone else’s eyebrows, at no point did she tell me the products she put on my face, multiple times left me with random creams that smelled disgusting btw on my face. I came about 20 minutes before closing and was told by an employee that they could not Perform threading services due to the owner not being there I went based off their hours off of Google and was very upset to be turned away will not be returning to this establishment when there are so many others in the area that honor their hours

Extremely rude and half of my eyebrows are taken out although I told them to just clean them then I asked to just take off from the other one so they look even and she refused and said next time next time things happen what can we do you want me to glue hair back !!! My eyebrows took me years to grow and now i left crying because I know they don’t grow easily
