Positive: CommunicationEveryone was very nice there. I dont know if they just moved to this location or if they are just starting the business. My husband and I came in for pedicures and and we came into the room where it looks like they do much more then just pedicures and there is no normal pedicure chairs but electric chairs and foot spas i can get at walmart. They do offer hydro massage which is nice. I was hoping to have a full leg normal pedicure where my feet are soaking up to my ankles in a pedicure chair with jets. It was nice to talk with the ones who are working there and are locals. And my gel on my toenails look nice. But it just wasnt what i expected.Everyone was very nice there. Everyone was very nice there. I dont know if they just moved to this location or if they are just starting the business. My husband and I came in for pedicures and and we came into the room where it looks like they do much more then just pedicures and there is no normal pedicure chairs but electric chairs and foot spas i can get at walmart. She gave the me the most amazing indigio/purple color underneath with a full pitch black color on the rest of my hair! The spa/salon is warm and cozy. I immediately felt relaxed during my time there. Owner told us they could accommodate us but had to look into things and would get back to us. Never heard from them, I called 2 weeks before our trip and they stated they couldn’t accommodate us and that they were completely booked of all services the day we were planning to come. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional plus all other places are now booked and we are out on our Spa day. Called months in advance to schedule a variety of spa services for a group of 5 girls. Owner told us they could accommodate us but had to look into things and would get back to us.
