Critical: ProfessionalismWas supposed to have my hair done for my maternity pictures. I was called an hour before my appointment by my stylist saying her grandmother was in the hospital. Understandable. However, there was no back up, I did not end up receiving any services. I was told that other stylists were contacted, but there was no guarantee I would be seen. So disappointed and definitely didn’t have time to find something else. My photo shoot was to capture a long journey to happiness after loss. I was never contacted after that. I never let the stylist know how upset I was after I hung up the phone. The shoot ended up being cut short because I didn’t feel I looked my best.
