Jessica Smith with Divine Salon did my hair extensions. She used less than one bundle of hair for my head, which was not enough hair for my head. She over-charged me and lied to me about having experience in hair extensions. After almost 8 hours total over two days, she managed to get most of the one bundle of hair in. It looked TERRIBLE. I looked like I had a mullet. I reached out to her several times to attempt to get her to do something about this or refund a portion of my money. She refused. I reached out to the owner Ashley several different times and received no response. My hair extensions were falling out within 6 hours after having them put in. This is the worst salon. Don’t waste your money or your time.
