Great place and people even showing up right before they closed. Did a fabulous job, made you feel very comfortable. In this picture this is how they look after 2 weeks. My Pinky’s nail is my fault I started picking at it. My toes look fabulous no chipping!

She nailed it the first time. The salon is very clean and everyone is so friendly. The price was very good also. Will do more updates as I continue to have my nails done here.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI got my nails done here by walk in, i only waited 10 minutes and they got me in. They even let my boyfriend sit next to me. The lady was very nice and honest i wanted a hard nail art replica and she told me that she couldnt do it, which i very much appriciated. She was extremely nice and checked up on me to make sure I liked what she was doing she changed the shape of my nails twice without an attitude or even a rude remark the best customer service I have ever received is at this place. She was super fast and efficient she took a long time to make sure the nails wereAll even and that all of the edges were sharp she rounded the corners of the stilettos to make them Not as sharp because I work at A day care. Cost me 55 overall before tip before tip and I got gel so so I gave her a $20 tip definitely worth the money. The salon is also very quiet and relaxing it’s not loud. I was a first time walk in, had to wait 30 min. which is expected as a walk in. However it is the weekend of the 4th of July on a friday and they only had two girls working. I was also surprised to read a sign that stated they no longer accepted tips on cards so please have cash. New customers would not know this. I chose the deluxe pedicure, nothing was put in the water my feet were soaked in but the card said there would be., first time ever there was nothing put in the soaking water no matter where you go or what pedicure you choose that is a standard practice. (what a way to save money). The girl rushed through the whole thing, I was not satisfied with the pedi at all. She even got on her phone reading text while doing a one armed rub on my leg, her massage was pathetic as it was not even a massage at all. Most places also offer a drink to their customers, this place does not. While waiting for my turn it gave me some time to look around and the place was real dusty. Large living plants with piles of dust on their leaves in pots they have outgrown. There was built up dust all around the edges of the floor and baseboards. The place is understaffed and not well kept at all. I watched and they were using sanitized tubs and tools on the customers, or I would of left. Being new to Andover I am searching for a new place to get pedicures but this will not be a place I would go back to. I also asked for an eyebrow waxing which I did not get. After the job done on the pedicure I was afraid to get anything else done. I did not leave a tip and I always tip but not knowing of their rule for not accepting tips on cards, I had no cash on me. not that she earned a tip but I still would’ve tipped if I could of put it on my card.

I got a full set of acrylics on bare nails, and within a week two of them began to lift at the base. One fell off a few days later as I was tying my shoes. When I got the acrylics done, they did not go near my cuticle on some nails, and others the acrylic got on top of the cuticle. The thickness was uneven and the lengths were as well. I don’t know if the ladies inside felt rushed or what, but when I came in for my scheduled appointment, there was no room for me and I had to wait for about 20 minutes after what I scheduled. Compared to the other reviews and pictures, I expected a much higher quality than I received.

Wonderful job on my nails. Very happy with them. Disappointed is on line booking, not sure why they have it if you book and go in to be told sorry we are to busy. Apptments should not be available on line than. Acrylic nails
