Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuei have been salon hopping because i cannot find an affordable and good salon however Maria did my pedicure for 20 dollars!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy gel polish nails chipped 3 days after getting them done. I wanted to come in to get them fixed since gel is supposed to last around 2 weeks and she (the owner) wanted to charge me full price. Very unprofessional and will not be returning.

Very friendly and clean salon. I see Cathy regularly because I like the way she shapes my nails she is a perfectionist and does a great foot and leg massage with the pedicure. All the girls are very good though. They also do a long shoulder/back rub after the mani pedi. Very good value also. Pedicure #2 includes full pedicure, exfoliating scrub, parafin wax and 10 minute leg massage (but they always go over time) for around $22! Very happy going there weekly for my manicure and every other week for my pedi!!

I can’t explain how disrespected, humiliated and angry I am. I need everyone to read this post. I had the most terrible and embarrassing moment in my adult life. I usually come all the way from the city to Long island to get my manicure and pedicure done with my mom and enjoy my “me time”. Well this time it was different. When my mother and I walked into the nail place the owner greeted us as usual and assigned me to this lady you see in the picture. She already look irritated like she didn’t want to do my pedicure. I smiled and said hello and what happened next just truly still mortifies me. She said in Spanish out loud to her coworkers “Oh look, I got the big one.” They laughed and at first I thought I heard wrong but the body shaming didn’t stop there. I sat down in the chair and she looks me in the eyes and says “wow you’re big! You must weigh 400 pounds!” THEN asks the girl next to her to guess my weight!!!! They both continue to laugh and I told her is she going to do my feet or should I wait for someone else. She was I was upset and bothered so she very quickly did my feet and I told my mom I never wanted to come back there again which my mom agreed. I use to enjoy going there but I will never go back there!!! This women needs to learn about business etiquette and I truly should of made her pay for my pedicure. Smh Me and my family will never go back. #SHAMEONHER
