Don’t waste your time… that place is always empty for a reason! I think they are finally closing because it’s been dark in there for weeks! Customer service is unprofessional, owners are rude, and it’s expensive for it to ruin in less then a week. I gave them a few chances for the benefit of the doubt but ugh this place just sucks… could have potential with the right resources though.

I tried coming here on 3 separate occasions…EACH TIME WAS WORST than the last. I had to ask for tools to be cleaned, for face masks to be worn during the height of Covid, my finger was cut during a basic manicure. Just BAD. The icing on the cake…the chain smoking guy who blows smoke into the shop. He also just also almost hit me as he sped out of the parking lot. Save your time and energy. Invest your time, cleanliness, and energy somewhere else.

Overall: I would definitely go back. What attracted me to this salon was the location . . . very convenient for me and close to 95 and 50. I asked a lot of questions and Cathy was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I even had time constraints and she worked around those for me.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueOne of the worst pedicures I have ever received for $45. Besides shaping my toes and polishing my toes, not sure what else she did that was worth $45. My friend received the same service and they used the foot file to remove dead skin on her feet, but not on me. It was a very quick 15 min service; not worth $45 at all. Also, one of the pedicurist did not have on a mask for majority of the service. After smoking outside and not washing hands upon his return, he proceeded to start working and then coughed twice on someone feet. Went for the 20% off special, got a regular manicure as I was going out of country. I was super excited it was next to the Remy due to convenience. Long story short…my nails chipped within LESS than 30 hours. I would leave a picture but there’s no options, all the paint on the middle finger and index were chipped. I paid $18 including tip.

This nail salon just opened near my apartment complex and I was extremely excited to have somewhere within walking distance to get my nails done. I went in and asked for a full set using acrylic powder service. The woman doing my nails seemed extremely irritated and was very condescending when doing my nails. Shortly after she pushed me off on another nail tech who was more pleasurable; but, apparently did not do my nails correctly.
