I booked Divine Nails for a pedicure, as soon as a walked into this place, it SMELLED of cigarette smoke. I watched my nail tech finish a mom and a daughter before my appt, he did not change his gloves between any of us and reused the nail file. 100% unsanitary and against regulation. I was SO disgusted. I will never be coming back here. Photos show dirty gloves and clearly a worn out nail file.

They did an amazing job with my dipped mani and gel pedi. I changed the color to a darker red and changed the glitter overlay part way through and they were super accommodating and didn’t make me feel bad at all about the change up.

My usual place was booked up this weekend so I made an appointment the day before for Saturday afternoon and they were able to fit me in. When I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, they were waiting for me and ready to start on my nails right away! He did a very nice job. Great experience at this Salon! My usual place was booked up this weekend so I made an appointment the day before for Saturday afternoon and they were able to fit me in. When I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, they were waiting for me and ready to start on my nails right away! He did a very nice job. There were some rough edges but nothing major that a quick nail file when I got home wouldn’t fix. I would go back again!

Went and got acrylics done. Tipped $15. Not even 2 days later one nail completely broke off. I called them and they told me to come in and they’ll fix it. She didn’t use a drill to take off the rest of the broken nail. She just grabbed a sharp tool and ripped it off. Anyone who’s had acrylics knows how bad that hurts. After she fixed it I went to leave and they made me pay again! Never going here again

Not a good experience, DO NOT recommend. I went in and showed a picture of what I wanted. I left with not only the wrong colors and when I picked the colors I WANTED the guy ignored me and did what he wanted; the picture I showed had a small design and they didn’t even give it to me after HE PROMISED that he could do it. I left in tears, when I called back to ask for a refund they DENIED it and said all they could do was take them off. So I paid almost a 100 bucks for nails that I didn’t even want and they wanted me to go in and have them removed? Ridiculous! Having to pay for the nails and still losing all my money to end up with no nails?! The guy there who does nails is not kind at all!! He was pulling my arm and throwing it around and cutting/burning me with the drill.
